Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026
Draft — pending legal review. Subscription and billing terms will be added when paid plans launch.

Acceptance

By using Poofy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Poofy. Poofy is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("Poofy", "we", "us").

Eligibility

Poofy is set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and for their child's use of the service. Children use Poofy only through an account a parent created.

The service

Poofy lets a child build in Minecraft by typing or speaking. During our pilot the service is provided free and "as is", and may change or pause as we improve it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Poofy: no illegal, harmful, or abusive use, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no use that violates Minecraft's own terms. Poofy works with Minecraft (Java Edition) but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

Your child's creations

Creations your child makes belong to your family. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service (for example, to store and show a creation back to your child).

Our content

The Poofy name, logo, mascot, and software are ours. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Termination

You can stop using Poofy at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or risks others' safety.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.

Disclaimers & contact

To the extent allowed by law, Poofy is provided without warranties. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Questions: [CONTACT].
