Frequently asked questions
What is Poofy?
Poofy lets your kid build things in Minecraft just by typing or speaking — say "a giant rainbow dragon" and it appears.
Which Minecraft do I need?
Minecraft: Java Edition on a PC (Windows or Mac). Bedrock and consoles aren't supported yet.
What else do we need?
The PC with Minecraft Java, and a microphone if your kid wants to build by voice.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes. Poofy uses kid-safe AI guardrails, there's no open chat or strangers, builds only happen in your own world, and you control the account.
What does it cost?
Poofy is free to try during our pilot — no credit card. We'll introduce a simple, parent-confirmed subscription later.
What languages does it support?
Hebrew and English.
How do we set it up?
You sign up with a magic link, install the Poofy app on the PC, and your kid enters the pairing code — a few minutes total.
What data do you collect?
A parent email for the account and a child display name you choose. We never ask kids for a real name, email, phone, or address. See our Privacy Policy.
How do we delete our data?
Email support and we'll remove your account and your child's data. See Support and the Privacy Policy.
